Verboden producten

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, drugs, drug equipment, medicines, tobacco, vapes, nicotine products, alcohol, stolen goods and anything whose online sale is restricted or requires a licence are not allowed.

This also covers instructions, components or disguised listings intended to arrange a prohibited sale.

Counterfeit goods, unauthorised replicas and items that misuse a trademark, copyright, design or other intellectual-property right are prohibited. Sellers must be able to support claims about authenticity.

Recalled, banned, dangerously damaged or otherwise unsafe products cannot be listed. This includes products missing legally required safety information, identification, warnings or an EU responsible economic operator where one is required.

Damaged protective equipment, tampered electrical goods and products listed in the EU Safety Gate may be removed immediately.

No live animals, animal parts from protected species, human remains, sexual services, exploitative content or sexual content involving minors. Items that promote hatred, abuse or violence are also prohibited.

Food, drinks, supplements and medical products are not accepted. Opened or used cosmetics, underwear with hygiene risk, contact lenses and other products that may create a health risk cannot be listed.

Cash, cryptocurrency, financial products, gift cards, event tickets, accounts, subscriptions, access credentials, licence keys, digital downloads and services are not allowed. Manoe listings must represent a physical item the seller owns and can ship.

Sellers must check the law, current product recalls and safety requirements before publishing. Professional sellers must provide all legally required manufacturer, traceability and safety information in the listing.

The list is not exhaustive. An item may be removed when required by law, a competent authority, product-safety information or another Manoe rule.

Use Report this listing on the listing page and select the closest reason. Add enough detail for the moderation team to identify the concern.

We record the report and review the listing. Where there is an urgent risk, we may remove it from public view immediately. We can dismiss the report, remove the listing, preserve evidence or refer the matter to the relevant authority. Reporters receive the outcome.

When we remove a listing, the seller receives the policy category, the reason and a link to the decision. Urgent safety or legal action may happen without advance notice.

The seller can submit one free internal appeal from the removed listing within six months. A superadmin reviews the original decision and the seller's explanation, then either reinstates the listing or upholds the removal with a written reason.
