Hoe Manoe je gegevens gebruikt

During registration we temporarily store your username, email, seller type and a protected version of your password. If you do not activate the account, this pending registration expires after 24 hours.

After activation we store your account and profile details so you can sign in and use Manoe.

We use listings, photos, messages, likes, order information, delivery choices and payout details to provide the marketplace.

With your permission, we record visited routes, clicked controls, marketplace searches, referral source, campaign tags and country-level location. A random visitor ID is used for signed-out visitors. If you are signed in, activity can be linked to your Manoe account.

IP addresses, typed form values and precise location are not stored in the analytics database. Events are available only to superadmins and are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can change your choice on the cookie page.

For DAC7 compliance we collect and verify seller identity, address, tax residence, tax identification, financial account and transaction information. Tax identification numbers are encrypted. Where the law requires it, relevant seller details, quarterly consideration and fees may be shared with the Dutch Tax Authority. See our DAC7 information.

Mollie processes payments. PostNL provides shipping labels and parcelshop information. hCaptcha processes registration challenges to detect automated abuse under its privacy policy. Uploaded images are stored by our hosting provider. Vercel supplies country-level request information for optional usage analytics. Aggregated six-hour traffic summaries may be delivered to the Manoe operator through a private WhatsApp integration.
